Biography: Sami Brady is Marlena's firstborn daughter and twin of Eric. Beautiful and blonde like her mother, she shares her strong sense of love for her children. However she doesn't share her ethics, morality or her brains. Sami was emotionally scarred as a young teen when she happened upon Marlena and John doing a spot of dusting in the conference room at Titan and her life spiraled out of control after that. Searching for love and stability, she settled on obsession and hostility and made everyone's life a misery for the next five or so years including drugging Austin, making love to him and claiming the resulting pregnancy as his. This went on for years through kidnappings of Sami's mother and her son, a coma or two and finally a near miss with a lethal syringe. While Sami appears to have made an about face after her near brush(es) with death, underneath she is still the same scheming conniving Sami Brady we've come to know and, *cough*, love.
